     Student Council at SAHS is run on elections; each member on the council has been elected by his/her grade level peers. Upon election, individuals form a group that is committed to improving the school atmosphere by heightening the connection between staff, students and administration. In addition to working on communications, Student Council plans events for the student body and community. When not actively working on specific events, we can be found sitting on the school board, attending discussions that regard to school policy and most importantly listening to our peers.
